Status
This species is rarely recorded in the county. An overlooked species due to its
simularity with the Lesser Broad-bordered Yellow Underwing. It is
probably much more common than the records suggest.
Wingspan : M & F, 34-40mm.

Found in various habitats.
Foodplant
The foodplant is still to be discovered, but is probably similar to the Lesser Broad-bordered Yellow Underwing.
Lifestage data
The adult appears about two weeks earlier than the Lesser
Broad- bordered Yellow Underwing, then probably follows a similar
